The Yucera YRC-HS007 is a next-generation zirconia rapid sintering furnace designed for fast, consistent, and precise results in modern dental labs and clinics.
Equipped with high-purity molybdenum silicide heating elements and intelligent PDI temperature control, it ensures uniform heat distribution and accurate temperature stability up to 1650 °C.
With an impressive heating rate of up to 200 °C per minute, the HS007 can complete full sintering cycles in as little as 40 minutes when used with Yucera’s 3D Flash zirconia blocks.
Its dual-layer crucible doubles production capacity (up to 60 crowns per cycle), while the 10-inch touchscreen interface provides intuitive operation and access to 10 preset and 189 user-defined programs.
Safety and reliability are at the core of the design — featuring aluminum-oxide fiber insulation that keeps the outer shell below 30 °C, automatic alarm systems, and power-off recovery for continuous operation.
