DEPRAG Gemstone SHT is a Super High Translucency zirconia disc developed for esthetic dental restorations. Its 47% translucency helps create a more natural light effect, making the material especially useful for anterior cases and restorations in the smile zone.
The disc is made from high-purity Tosoh zirconia powder. This supports color accuracy, material consistency and dependable results during CAD/CAM laboratory production.
Its 9-layer natural gradient structure is designed to reproduce a smoother enamel-to-dentin transition. For the technician, this means the restoration can be finished with staining and glazing rather than requiring a more complex veneering approach.
Gemstone SHT supports both standard and fast sintering workflows, with fast sintering cycles possible from 88 minutes. This gives the laboratory more flexibility when managing routine cases, shorter deadlines or different furnace schedules.
The disc is compatible with 98 mm, 95 mm and 92×75 mm disc systems. It is available in multiple shade and thickness options, which helps laboratories match the material to different clinical indications and milling setups.
