Panda P4 is designed around one clear advantage: easier movement during scanning. The handpiece connects wirelessly through its base, so the clinician can work without a cable crossing the treatment area. The scanner captures intraoral data across an 18 × 16 mm scan window and supports a scanning depth of up to 20 mm. With accuracy of ≤15 µm and precision of ≤10 µm, it is suitable for common digital impression workflows, including crowns, bridges, implant cases and orthodontic records.
Its true-color optical imaging system uses white LED and laser illumination to create a realistic 3D view of the scanned area. This helps when reviewing margins, checking soft-tissue context and preparing files for communication with a dental laboratory.
