The Deprag Ortho Model 2.0 Resin is engineered for orthodontic and aligner production.
It offers high rigidity, fast curing, and a smooth surface finish—ideal for thermoforming clear aligners or producing study and diagnostic models.
This resin ensures consistent dimensional accuracy and excellent thermal stability under pressure.

Deprag Restoration Model Resin is designed for printed dental models, not for direct intraoral restorations. Its role is to support diagnostic work, restoration planning and laboratory communication by producing accurate models with clean surface detail.

The resin works with open-system LCD and SLA 3D printers and cures within the 385–405 nm UV range. This makes it suitable for many dental 3D printing setups where the lab or clinic is not restricted to a closed material system.

With a listed print accuracy of ±50 μm and layer thickness from 0.025 mm to 0.1 mm, the material supports detailed model production. The user can choose finer or thicker layers depending on the balance needed between surface definition and printing time.

The resin has a viscosity of 150–350 mPa·s at 25°C and density of 1.05–1.15 g/cm³. These specifications are useful for teams managing print consistency, resin handling and repeatable output across different model types.

After printing, the model should be rinsed with 95% isopropyl alcohol or resin cleaner before UV post-curing. The recommended post-curing time is 5–10 minutes under 385–405 nm UV light, depending on the equipment and workflow.
