PioNext DJ89 Plus is designed for chairside and dental laboratory use. It uses a 10.3-inch 8K LCD screen with 7680 × 4320 resolution, giving the printer the level of detail needed for dental models, surgical guides, orthodontic applications and other resin-based work.

The printer offers 29 µm XY-axis accuracy. In practice, this supports fine surface detail and controlled dimensional output, especially when printed parts are used for case planning, appliance fabrication or communication between clinic and lab.

Print speed is listed at 40–60 mm/h, which helps teams move cases through production without making 3D printing a bottleneck. Automatic leveling and automatic resin feeding also reduce manual setup before and during printing.

The heated molding chamber works within a 20–35 °C range. This helps keep printing conditions more stable, which is useful when resin behavior needs to remain consistent across repeated cases.

The integrated light source provides 95% light uniformity. Even curing across the print area matters when the printer is used for dental production rather than occasional prototyping.
